Mink oil is standard stuff when it comes to leather shoes. Never used it on supes though. Don't know how many supes are actually made of real leather and they're almost always painted. If you want to treat yellowing soles you can use Sea Glow. I've only used it when the yellowing is worse on one of the shoes. If both the shells are yellowing the same way, just leave it. It's part of the charm. Every product you use to remove it will also help deteriorate the rubber. To best prevent cracking stripes is to use the shoes before it occurs or maybe seal it with some paint finisher.

I've been using clear dubbin used for football boots etc on mine and it works like a dream - don't use it on the rubber though - it will just make a mess. It makes the leather tacky at first but it soaks in overnight to make the leather softer, more supple and waterproof. I use this stuff for winter leather gloves too.
