Hehe, that made me chuckle! Yes, those little white lies.....it is an addiction, obsessive thinking, devious behaviours. I think that is what upsets mine the most, the lies :/ but then, as you say, does she really want to know how much I do actually spend on trainers!?
I think she would do a 'bobbit' or even worse, get my trainers dirty!!
