I guess when I said that I was going to retire, um, I just couldn't do it.
I can never pass up a bargain.  I think the problem with "retiring" is that it won't happen until my employer blocks ebay   I've got no time at home to surf ebay for shoes

Quite nice them.
Not a fan of different colour stays but they kinda seem to work on them.
Probably feel totally different if I had a pair.

Thanks, I felt the same way about the stays as well, but they looked ok, and at $21, a Supe in that nice of a condition always seems to look pretty nice!!

I was up in Portland, Oregon last week on vacation and had to stop by the North America Headquarters office of adidas and shop in the employee store.  This was all that I bought this year.  Listed at US$80, so got them for US$40.   Festival Pack.  Very nice shoe.  Lightweight.  The color is beautiful.  Picture doesn't do it justice.  Definitely not a winter shoe. That canvas will be hard to clean. What did I get myself into buying this model?!

I have a lot of Supes that I can only wear during summer and then only if I'm 100% certain there is not going to be rain before I get home. That makes maybe 36 days per year. And if you think I have a list of these shoes that I check after I have checked the weather forecast for the day you'd be wrong. Therefore I usually just forget to take them out and they never get worn.
Still I would like to add those in that list (that I still don't have).
