cheers... yeah all good Pug. 50'odd mile bike ride in london, last 500'ish meters going back to the car and i was fucking about jumping off of curbs, missed the pedals with my feet but luckily caught my shin on one of them..lol
im worried that you have previously looked up how to get blood out of carpet Bongosi Wink

Try cold water instead of warm. Worked for me a few weeks back when Lee Quinones' carved my achilles.
