Real Upper playgrounds?
#1

I found these on the bay - what you think?

this is the listing http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?V...%3AIT&rd=1

I asked him where they came from - have checked his purchases on the bay - and he has bought a pair of these size 8 here - but he says he has two pairs of them - one to wear one to keep but he has to sell the kept ones now
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?V...9325894037

However - I think the seller he got the pair on the bay from is genuine (Spare2go), and he also says he has two pairs of these shoes - one which he now wants to sell - I mailed him and he claims the ones he has for sale now came from Hanon shop.

What you guys think? Real?

the ones on the pic from spares2go almost look good, but I noticed the bottom of the spoon on the stripe is hidden/placed under the sole, which looks well dodgy IMO... and it looks like the spoon on the ones he's currently selling is placed the same way. Could be 2nds though...?

Superstars are indeed super...

See what you mean - athough he reckons the pair he is selling are form hanon and the pair from spare to go he is keeping - but I have asked him for close ups of the three stripes on both shoes from the inside and the outside - well spotted mate!

The guy selling these is legit IMO,he won some tsubasa's on ebay not so long ago that were fake, but he got a full refund for them when he sent them back,he then got hold of an authentic pair from a member of CT(which i wanted),plus all the kicks that he has sold before these are authentic and i have noticed him bidding on a lot of adidas neigborhood gazelles and other authentic high end kicks......i would bid and i am very cautious....good luck.. They're 100% real with no doubts in my mind whatsoever.

Well I bought these but I am not sure about them - on the left shoe the bottom of the spoon touches the sole - but then they have the correct tags, box and even the QC sticker - he claims they came from hanon but I don't know? He has bought some from spares2go but claims they are the ones he kept - I asked if maybe they were seconds but he said no and is being very funny bout refunding me.

I asked him to send more pics - but he said he had a prob with his camera so couldn't - but I bought them anyway - I told him I wasn't sure about them today and he assured me they were from Hanon and he has his credit card receipt for them and stuff and seemed quite upset that I doubted them - I did check his feedback and he has only sold and bought genuine superstars and he also double boxed them which seems strange if he knew they were fake - they do have a lot going for them - the clear plastic tags have the flat bit, the tags are sharp, the QC quality control sticker is there in the left shoe, the box has the L shape on it and is pure white not grey-white. They do seem really well made - and all the other cutlery is correctly placed, is just on the outside of the left shoe, the spoon is a bit lower - but then I looked in pickyourshoes.com and they look very similar to be honest - not perfectly positioned either. The laces were perfect too - and the condition seemed right - you know? Like I had fake Warhols that seemed so genuine in every way until I had actual genuine ones and then the difference was obvious cos the real leather was stunning and proper quality - which is what these seemed like.

lol I can't take any more pics cos the boyfriend has hidden them from me - they are sposed to be a pressie for my birthday on the 31st so I'm not allowed to play until then Sad I think I'll stop worrying Smile If you lot think they are cool - I'll take your word for it Smile

Your a very naughty girl RhiannJ,

I'd send the seller a sorry note for doubting him if I was you.
If I was a genuine seller I'd be properly wounded if you accused me of snide behaviour.
Do the right thing babygirl.

Ok, I´ve been checkin out some pics after I saw this thread, thought I´d post them here.. Hopefully they can help..

The official SS35 catalogue pics we got in the store prior to the campaign:

The utensils are above the sole here..

I also checked the pic I took when we got them instore (pic for soleservice.no):

They were the same as the official pics (although the utensils are placed a little bit lower)...

Never actually seen a pair like yours before though, doesn´t mean they´re fakes but I can understand you worrying..

I think they´re in the twilight zone...
