I'm changing this topic into a little project-topic you guys may like to follow.
I'm still looking for a white trefoil but that can always come later.

I've got two rooms on my second floor where one is my office right now and partly display of my supe collection. You all remember my Ikea-shelves right?


I have six shelves right now but they only hold half of my collection right now. Anyway, I have to make room because of the baby that is coming next year. So the shelves had to go.


My god, how much work will go into closing these holes

No I won't be keeping the pink. I just bought some adidas-blue which will be painted over the pink. Instead of putting the six shelves back I will be putting 9 back (3 x 3) so it will look like adidas' three stripes are across the blue part of the wall. I can store 45 pairs so 20 pairs will be stored in their boxes somewhere else.

What do you guys think so far. Any suggestions are welcome.

I'm looking for a trefoil-sticker to put on my wall. Size about 50cm x 50cm. It needs to be white and only the trefoil (and letters) need to be put on the wall, so no square sticker. I asked a company in Holland but it's gonna cost aroung 80 euros. Can you guys help me out?

Rob..Why does it have to be a sticker??
I'd think a better idea is to make one outta say perspex or something and hang it on the wall rather than a sticker.
Like Lurky's clocks he made just bigger..
You'd only need a jigzaw,steadyhand etc etc..And probo work out alot cheaper than 80Euro's

That is an idea but there is no way I can saw it that nice as it was printed. Especially the letters. Lurky, please help me out

80 euros doesn't sound like a bad price, TBH. I would imagine you'd get it laser cut out of self-adhesive? I don't think I could source it for much less.

you can make your own decals using acetate/mylar and regular laser/copier prints ? Google'd it last week for use with Gold foil (now there's an idea). Can't remember where though

I personally don't agree with the whole idea of having to move your supes, just because a new baby is coming. Sounds like a poor trade off to me mate, i'd rethink it if I were you

Work has begun. Before I start painting the walls I have to make sure my shelves level out. I can assure you, it's a bitch trying to get the shelvels to level out next to eachother. Especially because no shelve is the same. But once there are shoes on the shelves it won't be noticed, I hope
