Truthfully they look ok, I think I have just got big feet and they didn't look so good on me. Call me bitter.

Am I the only person who, no matter how hard I try, just can't get it up for Yodas? They just don't do anything for me. Can someone explain why everyone has got such a massive hard-on for one of the dullest Supes ever made. Please.

I like the Yodas a lot, as said, nice and clean, simple and understated. That said I will never pay the £100s required to get a pair now.
lovin' me terrace footwear.

Exactly my point, there's absolutely nothing to get excited about, it's just a bog-standard, no-thrills, non-descript Beige Supe. But wait! Throw in a tenuous Star Wars connection and some nostalgic packaging and suddenly it's become sexy and desirable? Really?

The Yoda's are lovely, if they were 40-50 quid.
The prices are fucking stupid for what is essentially a nice cream pair of canvas supes.

@Shell:
It's got to be the hemp, and the subtle CW... yes it is only Yoda's garms... but he was a well dressed Henson puppet with a fisting sensation.
But alas they are over priced and the bubble plastic is gimmicky. The star wars thing is madness.

£100 for Yodas isn't that outrageous - they were almost that new, weren't they?

Not got a pair but I really like the Yodas.
Thought the star wars tie in and the packaging was cool back then but the whole collaboration has been devalued by the unending and increasingly poor stream of adidas star wars tat.
I don't wear Crocs, and I don't wear sandals/The pump don't work 'cause the vandals took the handles . . .

Seriously, I ain't tryin to say people can't like what they want to, apologies if it's come across that way. I'm just trying to understand why people get so frothy about this particular shoe. It's not particularly offensive or distasteful, its just so....vanilla and I fail to see what everyone else gets so excited about
