1. Save the picture to a location you want.
2. Go to imageshack.us and click on browse.
2.1 Browse the pic you want to upload.
2.2 Go to image resize and click on 800x600.
3. Click on: Upload now.

Then, when the picture is uploaded, you get this screen:



Now you can copy the link in the red stroke to your browser or you can click on the little picture you`ve just uploaded.

It opens in a new screen:



Click with your right mouse button on the pic and choose for copy the location of the picture in FireFox or the source of the picture in Internet Explorer.

The link you copy then, must put between this code:
