They are very nice. I haven't seen those before so I would be at least very suspicious about authenticity. Could be some Japan release though.

Saw them on the bay Big Vern and thought 'What a nice pair. Shame they are not my size'.
And I googled the Art.No. but found only fake sites selling these.

If I remember right, they have heel clits, right? So ... very sorry but I think they're fake if they were made after the 35ths.

Stitching in the side is wrong, isn't it? Shouldn't it be more of a sharp, right angle kind of thing?
