Good stuff!!
Hopefully it'll come in handy and benefical when needed to get round those international ebay sellers/shops that don't accept international orders or bidders problems we've all faced in the past at some time or another.
Am sure the regional thing could come in handy also if say a size?store as sold out in one part of the country but not another.
