Howdy

Im doing some more shit to my car this year, mainly maintenance but also a bit of styling at the same time..

I have this weird obsession with commercial vehicles.. i love old fashioned sign writing and i love cars/trucks that LOOK like they have been untouched since god was a lad..

I would LOVE to incorporate some important things to me in a design for my caddy, so that it looks like a company workhorse/vehicle

Heres a pic of it;

   

I would love to incorporate;

a) Adidas/superstars

&

b) Design/Web Design/Internet

I thought about going down the route of making it LOOK like its some kind of work vehicle for the adidas design department.. or something like that?

Any ideas would be much appreciated..

You may have to tread lightly on the "looks like part of the adidas design team" lol

What about custom wheel hub caps with trefoil instead of VW? If you are going to keep it black then stripes needs to be white IMO. Maybe they could go across the roof or if you have a cover for the trunk (or what ever you call it) they could go across that. Black cover with white stripes would be great!

nah man. matt black paint work as you`ve got already Ollie and with black patent stripes. keep it sharp. and have your company name done as an old fashioned logo across bonnet and back of motor.

Yeah, thought about having 3 stripes but dont want it to look too chavvy!

Good idea Spitey. Patent stripes would be even better than whites.
But trefoils in caps would be awesome.

Firstly you should get rid of that awful pickup bit and change it to a hatchback type rear end.

Flip in a 1.8 8v injection engine in it.

Then stick some GTi badges on it.

Add some teardrop alloys.

Spray it Lhasa Green or Helios Blue.

Don't want to be aparty pooper, but anything with your company name on combined with what would be unlawful use of adidas trademarks will make it look like they are in conjunction with each other and will have the adidas legal team down on you like a ton of bricks if it ever gets seen, look what harrods did to this cafe just because of the font of the writing.
