ye, it was bad enough Germany was already running all over us, then they take out our main man with a pathetic red card.

that ref was disgraceful... the amount of cards he gives out (both teams) is fucking ridiculous!

i still expected not SUCH an embarrassment.... poor effort aussies Sad

Germany are very talented though. that little number 8 is quick as shit!

That ref is a card happy nutter. Felt gutted for Cahill as he's a cracking wee player. Maybe you'd have scored if McDonald was there... Very Happy

Australia were pretty poor, but was well impressed by Germany. They always turn it on for the tournaments (Podolski and Klose only scored 3 goals each last season apparently), and some of their play was a joy to watch. Got my links ready to watch Denmark v Holland and Cameroon v Japan at my desk later today. I fucking love the World Cup!

You may also have noticed I've not commented on the England game, but only because I was told if you've got nothing nice to say, say nothing at all...
