of course any refined bit of work is going to come from construction sketches and marks...what do you expect?
And im sure there is a pressure with being on TV, that thes marks would be used even for quick sketches for the camera...

rolfs work sells for big dollar nowadays £15-25k...Seen alot of his stuff in a gallery near me and when i lived in london his daughter lived just up the road from me.Nearly ran him over once as well
