Don't see anything wrong with either pair so I'd say go for it! Those white/purple TL's are a nice basic pair. Got a pair of them myself some months back off some sale rack.
The seller shu-shack seems to have issues with getting the items delivered sometimes as most of the negative feedback is about undelivered items.
Doing nothing is very hard to do... you never know when you're finished.

I know peach_sport is a legit seller, have bought some pairs from him and have often been helping him out with spotting fakes if he ever comes across any suspicious pairs in his sales stock.

It's a stock pic used for all the sizes of that model, not a pic of the actual shoe of the pair you're buying so tags aren't necessarily showing or could have even been taken off. The supes are still genuine, the seller is legit,.. how much more confirmation do you need? It's only ~£30 so I wonder why haven't you bought them by now? If you're still so worried to buy from that seller, you should have bought the same pair at Office/Offspring which had them for sale for £30 a few months back.
