Oone way to make adidas to sit up and notice is to get your MP involved, might work, might not.
Get him/her to write a letter to that brand protection manager. It seems to me adidas define "Brand Protection" where someone or a company is making a shed load of cash that could be made by adidas themselves, so some guy on ebay selling a few fakes isn't going to bankrupt them, hence why they don't really give a flying one.

Charity is a good choice, as long as they don't end up on eBay again. Or you can pee in them and put them in the mailbox of a person you hate. Or you can just physically destroy them/get them destroyed.
