A grizzly bear would be a good idea. I wouldn't worry about it getting hurt as wounded bears just get even more angry if they are angry already so problem solved either way.
Doing nothing is very hard to do... you never know when you're finished.

Maybe the grizzlies should wear orc outfits then to disguise themselves from being bears if the Leprechaun outfits are too small.

You would deffinately need some sort of armour to dress those grizzlies in little green waistcoats and hats... On the plus side though, if they weren't already angry before you dressed them up, I'm sure they certainly would be after they get dressed up!
