should be ok coming from Japan Pug... both pairs of atmos I got from Japan didnt have anything added to them, as far as i can remember. it was a confusing time, lol

it is a percentage of the value, plus the handling fee -that is what will bump it up. You can get the seller pay the duty first, or ask them to mark the value down. You can still insure items for whatever without that value being displayed on the parcel.
