USUALLY they take care of Japanese customers first. Then it's whoever ordered first. That's how it was when I went to Tokyo.. IDK if this site is the same way but we will see.

I got that second email too.

For two drops I bought through the website on the preorder and didn't have any problems in getting it filled. Last time I bought through email and no problems. The emails are ambiguous, but I'm assuming I got them unless I hear definitively otherwise.

Takes forever for the Visa charge to show up, so can't confirm that way.
