We spend mad money on the supes in the first place. Then we spend even more on cleaning products to keep them box fresh. We store them in their own rooms taking sunlight and humidity into consideration. Some of us even iron our laces. We consider the season, possible weather conditions and likely types of terrain when selecting which pairs to wear on any given day. Why the fuck would we buy Supes which look like everything we avoid at all costs?

Not only is the yellowed shell off-putting, but the laces are too long.
