Yeah I didn't realize there were other models. The only thing I don't like about the W5's is the rainbow Adicolor text.
So far I've only come across these possibilities:

I bought my pair through rareadidas. I wanted them so badly and chased them down after mrshoeshotta helped me. They're a US10 and a little large. If you want my honest opinion, they aren't worth it. I find any of my supes with changeable stripes creak where the plastic is as you walk. That and being all white and being something you want to rock, they're a pain to keep clean. Footlocker in australia have released a Superstar 2 which is all white and with inter-changeable stripes. Readily available in white and black and in all sizes. Maybe look at getting them? Called Superstar 2 Inserts.

there are better all whites out there. unless you wanna do some stripe design action.

FL have some all whites SS2's that are ok. There are also all whites all over ebay nearly all the time. And it looks like some lovely all white 80's are on the way too...

I received a couple of boxes of Adicolor IS last week from a supplier, they were fakes.
They were the all white ones with various patterned colour inserts (like the JD sports style). The supplier is a decent sized distributor and had no problems gviing me a refund and listened to all the points I made about how to tell they are fake. They have also never sold me fakes before and insisted the stock had been cleared by Adidas UK for distribution (not sure if that is true or not).
Anyway he said he sold 500+ pairs the week before and nobody else had returned them, and he has resold the ones that I returned to him! There are plenty of this model on eBay so BEWARE!!
They are pretty obvious fakes with heel tags and bad quality production but thought I should mention it here.
