An old cigarette factory near my place of work caught fire on Monday. It's still burning and what's left needs to be demolished in a controlled explosion as it's in danger of collapsing. We were evacuated from our building on Monday evening and haven't been allowed back into work since! Free week off work? that'll do nicely, thank you!

Developer was planning on turning it into student accommodation. Word on the street is he ran out of money mid-project and decided to bus an insurance job! Smoke was still billowing out of the remains of it right up until yesterday, 9 days after the fire started!
