For background I bought an Audi from Germany about a month ago because cars in Finland are just ridiculously expensive. Reason is mostly our taxation things.
So when one wants to register an imported car in Finland a tax must be payed no matter if VAT has already been paid in some other EU country or not. So I was waiting a bill for about 3000€ but instead got one for 2250€!!! That's still quite a lot but a lot less than I was expecting!
