I had a good one with Parcelforce this week as well, Pirate.
I paid for a collection online and having been offered the same evening collection I plumped for next morning between 9 and 2 and saw the van turn up at about 5 to 9.
Caught me off guard so I got the tape out double quick and bundled the box up just in time for the driver who rang the doorbell at 9 o'clock on the nose.
Couldn't believe it.
Requested a redelivery for tomorrow with a phone message so we'll see if I'm still happy with them tomorrow.
