Who said I was trying to do anything ?
Frankly couldn't give a toss who makes my jeans, these just happen to be my kind of fit.

Yo, rockin turn ups, for me anyway, has got nothing to do with thinking I’m trendy, I hate trendy towny wankers. I’ve always worn a small turn up at the bottom of my jeans, I just think it looks better and I was doing so a long time before the Evisu/Airmax’95/Hoxton Fin crowd started wearing their jeans with massive “bucket” turn ups about 12 years ago.

Anyway, this thread was never supposed to be about what brand jeans we wear, that was just one observation I made hoping people would also chip in and we’d get a bit of friendly rivalry going. I do love this place, it’s good to be amongst like-minded people but sometimes the constant back-slapping and fawning praise every single time someone simply puts on a pair of shoes gets a bit..well, y’know.

For me, one of the funniest moments I’ve had since I’ve been here was when Mr.Pure totally dissed and then removed the picture of my Super Modifieds as they were too awful to look at. No need to get upset, I genuinely think the site needs a few more moments like that, posts with a bit of honesty and humour and this thread was my attempt to prompt some more of that type of banter, not start a friggin’ Denim War! Smile

not a big fan of turn-ups, I only ever do it if my jeans are dragging on the ground
thing I love about my pairs of evisu is that the leg openings are small, so they're perfect to fit behind the tongue and dont go past the back of the shoe and drag on the ground.

Yo Steve-O, they sound like some tight ass jeans you're sportin there bruv. In my mind I'm now picturing you looking like a member of some 80's glam rock band with their spray on jeans and white Hi-tops headbang

Anyway, I thought all you Asussies would just cut your jeans off mid-thigh, Paul Hogan stylee! Or as we in the uk call them "Batty-riders" Very Happy

Give it a rest...This site is fine, I think you're in the minority as far as wanting it to change. I love it the way it is now, and before you ever arrived.

It's slightly annoying how you keep bringing it up..."Oh I was just trying to this, that..." Well most of us don't agree with you, we understand what you're saying...no need to repeat it...we simply don't agree. Confused

I love the place too Wazz, as I stated in the post above. I'm not trying to chage the place either, just contribute something to it, in my own way. I started one thread...ah fuck it, we'll leave it there.
