Been away for a little piece, as work was mad hectic- my company where doing a lot of work for several of the major Olympic sponsors, so I have been working in overdrive for the last couple weeks, as well as getting used to driving. Feel dead on my feet at the moment! Got the Paralympics and another major retail campaign to get out the way and then I can take some time off to recoup!

all the best benji and when i rock.. I got ashma, and ive had depression ... plenty of bike rides helps lift ya mood a bit, even going out for a short walk helps. its a right bitch, but it gets better

Currently at a festival so no supes for me! On the other hand I can live without wearing supes for a week, now that it's gonna be music, beer and... yeah, whatever a festival brings, for the next 8 days! Oh. And my girlfriend and I are going to the first scan. Can't wait to see the tiny one!
