Thanks y'all, running and me didn't mix until early last year, but me getting fatter and fatter was not a good look so i started running, now i spend more time in my runners than i do in my supes, well almost

That's some time Cracky mate, well done. I've been getting into the running too, now up to 5k (doing a 10k in October), lost over 3 stone from my heaviest too, but that's from normal gym and healthier eating too.
