SOrry to hear about the tornado, cant imagine the complete devastation that causes.
Feeling pretty battered, stepped into the ring last night for my first attempt at proper sparring. Only left with a sore lip and a tiny shoulder bruise. 12 hour day shift today has not felt good, ache all over from additional marathon rounds of push ups. My sparrow arms cant take it.
Always has the answer to lifes dilemas.

Turbolister is good for creating/storing your listings.
You can't use it for free listing days tho.

I went to see Clutch tonight. I’d never heard of them until my brother bought me a ticket gave me an album but if you're into rock then you need to get into Clutch. Also saw Gwar on the same bill. If you’ve never heard of Gwar then imagine a Slipknot show on smack directed by Alice Cooper on crack written by Walt Disney on crystal meth.

Hello!
Long time no see. Well, apart from the other night when I logged on for a wee while.
A combination of the odd trip away, being busy-ish at work, having a shitey phone I couldn't get innernet on, and being all of a sudden busy with training and socialising to the point I barely turn my home Mac on, means I've not had much of a chance to keep up with you fine people. And squeaky Rob.
Had a quick flick through the threads, I see it hasn't changed much. Oldskool being oversensitive again, Shellshock taking the piss in his very funny way (my nutsack is fine, your concern is touching. Not in a gay way...), ihatebono making sense in only the way a weegie can (whoever it is you know who doesn't drink Irn Bru you need to distance yourself from sharpish) and Mr Pure and Streak ruling with a mighty ban hammer and curmudgeonly demeanour respectively. It's good to be home.
I just hope Lorrie is still saying epical, and that Samo still has a job.
It was fuckin' obvious that that cunt was gonnae fuck some cunt.
