A lad from my home town was found dead in the skate shop he owned this week. Was a proper local legend its a massive shock to everyone he was only 35yrs old. Its a mad mad world this week.

went "Bouldering" tonight with my brother and a few cousins and friends for the first time.

wish i didnt go to the gym today.... physically spent.. hands are full fucked aswell. But was a lot of fun!!! defs will do again
