Today at the shop was mad hectic, a few more days like that before christmas and I might still have a job for the 1st few months of 2010!

WOw well done. R u hooked ? My best friend just got her first bike a suzuki marauder told her i want a side car. But she cant pick the thing up so is only doing short journys at the moment.

Dangerous business. I started riding when I was 4 or 5 and have a road bike, but after a couple of close calls and then having it break down I decided to park it. Sure, I miss riding, but I reckon I'd miss breathing a whole lot more.

Sad news. The majority of people really shouldn't be on bikes, no matter the size. If you don't have the mindset that everyone on the road is trying to kill you and you can't figure an out of every potentially bad situation then you haven't the skill to be on one.

Have to agree with you on that Lorrie, bikes require a lot of skill to be ridden safely and there’s many people that ride mad machines such as 750cc which have breathtaking speed and acceleration that shouldn’t be needed on road in my opinion.
