Been doing laundry for most of the day and cleaning house.

Now I'm just finishing up some end of the week reports I have to have in by 7pm today, going to go to the gym and work off some aggression in a few.

TFC home opener. Lost our first home game of the season 2-0. Nearly froze to death it was so cold.

Now my fucking hockey team is down 6-2.

I suppose the next bit will be the two Williams expiring on the starting grid tomorrow.

You all need to sit on Gym balls seriously, and use them to roll backwards on gives the best back stretch and relieves pain. But thats just my oppinion not medical. So be carefull. But i think there great for back pain.

been stressing out about the earthquake in italy today.
distant relatives are from L'Aquila, my uncles have been on the phone all day trying to find out if their aunties/uncles etc are ok, but its chaos over there and impossible to get hold of anyone Sad
