They do look better without the burgandy bits in between the stripes, although it was a fucker the paint them!! Nice lace match on them too.

Those maroon laces might have been tobby ones I got them ages ago off t'bay and they seemed stiffer than biglaces phat ones so much easier to lace.
I'm gonna starch a pair of biglaces to see if I can "stiffen them up"

Those skates look amazing. I've always been annoyed by the burgundy bits in between the stripes in mine.. now those look like they should have looked all along and the matching fatties make them even better!
Doing nothing is very hard to do... you never know when you're finished.
