Wassapnin!!!
#1

Alright everyone.
They call me Dregz and it's like this. 1985, Krush Groove, Run is on the phone ordering Shelltoes in bulk. I was an instant convert and seriously jealous. There was no way in the world my mum could afford to get me a pair of Superstars being a single mum of 6,(a tenner dont go too far on a pair of sneaks) but once i could buy my own, I kept buying them.
I live in Wales, (a very hard place to find limited editions) I'm feeling the need to increase my collection and big respect to you guys i'm loving this website.

Thanks for the welcome guys.
It's mad cos when i tell peeps i got a stack of Shells they are usually not that interested.
I'll get some shots up soon.
As i said in my intro I have a healthy amount of them, but it's close to impossible to find exclusives where i'm living, so hopefully you lot can help me make my collection more exciting.

Krush Groove! Man that takes me back! Bought the soundtrack back in 85, kinda what introduced me to Run DMC and the Beastie's, which led on to LL, Def Jam records and the whole scene! Them were the days!

Feel old now!

Looking forward to seeing your collection dregz

Yeah man! Krush Groove is still one of the illest movies. A complete marketing tool for Def Jam but as you say it introduced some of the heaviest music around to alot people in the same way Wild Style and Break Dance brought us a whole different scene. Talk about feeling old, i remember seeing them in the cinema.
Just managed to catch Krush Groove on DVD and my boy watches it more than i do. He's hooked now, Adidas Tracksuits and Shells for his birthday.
