Hello from the South West
#1

As ive just been told off in my first post for not introducing myself i thought i best get on with introducing myself.

I'm 29 years of age was born, breed and still live in the mighty Weston super mare. I have an compulsive obsession when it comes to collecting things. Some of my collections include Vintage boxed figures, magazines, football boots - Adidas predators With reference to trainers i have been collecting Nike air rifts for the past 3 years. I currently have around 25 vintage pairs of rifts and about 20 other various pairs of other trainers.

However since rifts have become common in the public and very chav, i have decided to focus my attention else where. I recently purchased an Adidas book which featured the superstar 35th anniversary and Adicolor collections. It was love at first sight. After looking a number of website it would appear that these collections have the same issue as Nike rift, which is that there are a number of fake sellers /AssH*£Ls out there. Was directed to this site from a member of the rift forum (J600.com) as a starting point. I can see my self getting addicted very easily.

I would appreicate any help or expert advice that you guys could give me

Thanks

Sup Kobe, I'm in Bristol and I don't mind a pair of Rifts in the summer, what size are you?

That's exactly what I was going to ask.

Nice intro by the way, we'd be an awful lot nicer to new members if they made as much effort as you with their introduction !
Glad you saw the light and are going cold turkey on the noike shit.

Mostly an 8, however, the sizes for older rifts are all over the place. I have a pair of the bitter lemon' in a 6.5 and a few other in a 9 ??????.

I haven't seen a nice new colourway in the rift for the past 18 months, and haven't bought a pair in ages, so adidas it is from now on in !!!!!!!!

Very Happy I can squeeze into a 9 (is it UK?)
