How do you and your supes get around?

Streak does have a point Very Happy

The black ones are killers indeed! I bet they also cost a pretty penny.

Nothing against Streaks pic, but I'm not into the 'rivets' look...167s are nice but not suited for a 5 series, esp M...otherwise 124s...I'd say go for BMW specific aftermarket i.e. Racing Dynamics, AC Schnitzer, Hamann, etc...costly though...

Ide probably just go for the 19" 128's.
And them black rims are ill but realistically Ide choose the 128's.

dont go a "rivet" look unless they actually serve a purpose, like holding a 2 or 3 piece rim together lol

and for me , 124 or 128, I like a big spoke... or 5... or 6

128's for me.
Yeah, i more of a fan of 5 spokes and the bigger solid spokes.

I like reading. Do you? read

I personally wouldn't change the wheels for any you've posted. Streak's suggestion is good.
For me, too change wheels they'd have to radically different or a different colour.
When I changed them on the Teg I went close to standard but changed from white to gold Rota wheels, same size too.
Just my opinion.

I don't have flashy rims or space for more than me and someone special. But what do I have might not be seen from this pic. You just have to experience it. The feel is almost the same as my old '74 terrorist VW wagoon with hand painted Marimekko poppys all over it. But that's an other story.
Most times Ferraris and Porsches are almost invisible next to my ride Wink

smart cars wind me up... no offence mate.. some bird down my street has got one, she takes up a phuckin massive parking space with the worlds smallest car.. dont get em, either get a normal 4 seater car or a 2 seater sports car

Take a look at the prices in Finland and you understand why this is my only reasonable choice for two seater convertible.
Cheapest SLK is a bit over €56K, old Z4 €54K, MX-5 €34K...
I can totally feel your pain pukka, but this is something you cannot do with any other cabrio around Wink

mate slk's are expencive here, if ya have to have a convertible, small car, a mini, or a golf would be around the same price as a smart car and look a lot better.. what ever make ya happy tho, im far from a car expert.... im drivin a £400 peugeot ... well assumin it passes the MOT next week, lol
and atleast you dont take up a propa car space when you park it, fair play for that, thats my main beef wiv em, specially as you can park em head on in a space as they are no longer than the width of a normal car, yet ive never seen a smart car owner ever park it like that
I will have ta get a pic of the stupid bint down the roads parking, it truly is amazing the amount of space she needs to park the worlds smallest car, wouldnt be so annoying if it didnt then mean that I end up having to park half a mile away from my house

I totally agree with the mini thing. I test drove it and felt in love immediately but here is the deal. Cheapest convertible Mini starts from €30K including nothing but motor, couple of seats and steering wheel. Smart goes from €16K to 27K which is the Brabus exclusive including all the gadgets there is to that small funny car.
Still the next thing that takes me around might be Mini.

you can get a brand spankin new bog standard mini convertable for 14k over here, where you livin?!, lol... i thought the uk was expensive, you could probably get it for around that in germany of holland, save you swapping the stearing wheel over, just re register it when you drive it back to finland

smarts start at 9k here... , 7k with the 2k reduction using the scrappage con..... or just get a car thats a couple of years old, they lose a phuckin fortune as soon as they leave the forecourt
there used ta be someone near where i live that had an origional (propa) mini convertible, they had chopped a section out of the car, removing the back seat leaving the rear of the car right behind the drivers / front passenger seat, looked well funny
