Paypal and Refunds
#11

Yeah the insides are shit too, the 35th logo is all worn off and there is what looks like dog hair all on the inside. I just sent him a message demanding a full refund or else I will hand the claim over to paypal directly. Cheers to all you for your help!

From the south to yo mouth!!

If they are anything like mine, set aside a weekend for cleaning up. Took me at least 4 hours each shoe and theres still some grub that won't come off

A number of things to consider D :

1. Is it worth your time and effort to go try and retrieve the whole amount (personally its only a few emails, and act accordingly as things occur - I'd say do it).

2. Are you returning the shoes, or was the $12 refund offer to keep them with you? If you need to return them, thats shipping on top of that, and he said he won't pay shipping (which you already paid anyhow to get em in the first place, right?).

3. If the pics and verbage were blantantly mis-represented to that of the kiks, then your case is rock solid - just have to wait for the arbitrators (ebay?) decision. Waitings a pain, but at least we're not talking hundreds of bucks....

good luck. all the elbow grease can't clean the stain of deception (how's that for some hard, almost Lady MacBeth stylez WORD UP!) But if you get all your cash back that should help.

I've got some bell end in Kentucky claiming that he already gave me my refund. No, dumbass, PayPal put the money into escrow when I filed the dispute and they'll release it when you actually give me the money back.

If God gives you lemons you should find a new God
