just having look through ebay and saw these, the first was the fact they have the heel tags? i was of the understanding that was one of the first things to look for??

I've a basic rule if that something on ebay is from a Chinese or surrounding seller it's a fake. Maybe not always the case, but it's no worth the risk imo.

These look good, the only issue is that since the name has just been put over the photo (not writen on the card proving actual posession) ... this guy might have got this photo from someone and put his own name over it. Meaning, the shoes you get... might not be the same one in the photos.

I'm just saying.... we've all seen it. Good luck.

The chap sellin the Lee's is legit as my humble opinion goes. I just bought a pair of Tokyo 35th's from him not 1 week ago and unelss I'm a Monkey's uncle they are 100% genuine. I compared them fully with my NY 35th's I bought from Footlocker when they were released and everything matches, no "clit", differing serial numbers, quality of build etc. I reckon he's had them sittin about for a while as when the Tokyo's arrived the rubber on the black shell had a whiteish dust on it, gave me the impression they has bee in an stockroom somewhere. I would be surprised if those Lee's were not part of the same clearout.
