Has anyone been to South Korea?
#1

So, I am leaving for South Korea in just under 2 weeks. I will be there for 5 weeks, staying in Seoul and Pusan. There are tons of adidas stores there, however, as some appear to be better than most I'm not sure which to hit.

Also, it doesn't appear that there are any Bape, or Undftd stores there Sad

If someone has been there or knows of some must see places to check out (doesn't necessarily have to do with soops) I'd appreciate it! As of right now I think I'm going to stick with the adidas stores, as I don't want to get conned into buying fakes while I'm over there Confused

Thanks!

It's a education abroad program. It recently became a requirement for Business Majors at my university to study abroad in order to graduate. Probably to help reduce the mass number of ethnocentric Americans Laughing

Will keep updating here, I hope I can find some cool stuff!

So, I'm finally here. Very crazy place! Crazy in a good way. I found an adidas shop while on the bus, but this place is so huge I don't think I will be able to find my way back to it Sad

A cool alley-way.

Yea, lots of fake looking adidas. No direct fakes, just a lot of the three-stripe usage. A few more pics.

This is what we had for dinner:

It was very good...Kimchi, which is spicy cabbage, and rice, noodles, and a seafood broth soup

I am unmasked. Over this creek in the downtown. The downtown of this place is huge...there is no end. Someone could spend 50 years here and not see it all...

Pretty cool Wazz.
That alleyway shot looks like a shot out of Burnout Revenge!

Man goes into cage. Cage goes in the salsa. Sharks in the salsa. Our shark!

WOw! Looks incredible!

My best friend (Since the age of 7!) is Korean so I grew up very close to the Korean culture. Love the food! Kimchi is the best.... when it's good quality that you don't have to drown it in vinegar. I love Galbi and Dok-po-ki as well. Very spicy! Try and have someone explain the allure of Ddok... crappiest sweet evar! yuck!

Have fun!

looks amazing.

a restaurant around the corner from work does a wicked kimchi soup. $2.50 for take out, less a 10% discount for cash. it burns, but it's gooood.

If God gives you lemons you should find a new God
