How many of you have done that?
I've ordered from them yesterday as wondering if anyone can help me out with these questions I have:
-.I ordered on the $40 Express option when purchasing, how long can I expect to wait for reciept of the item?
- Do they mark single items as 'gift' or can I expect to pay customs charges when the iteam arrives?
- If I have to pay customs, how much am I looking at?
- Am I protected against loss or damage once the item is in transit?
- Do they take any special measures to protect the box and packaging? i.e extra cardbord boxing to protect the actual shoebox.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Ive ordered from them before, I dont know about the international shipping or customs but they do package the shoes (and boxes) very well. The two boxes i got from them are in better shape than any other box in my collection!

They took five days but that was just UPS ground shipping from California to Texas...

My missus got me some from there took about 10 days to deliever to the uk well packed and marked as a gift so no customs charges
Damn good outfit imho
Three stripes is the only way unless its a red one

That sounds like good service!
When I've been charged customs through the post office, it's been VAT on the item's value, plus an £8 handling fee.
I tend to only buy t-shirts from the States though - do it right and even with customs, they work out about £11 each!

Hmm.. about the customer service...
I've sent them two emails now; one on Friday and one yesterday and haven't heard a single thing back from them..
What's up with that?

I talked to one of their reps, it is because they get so many. He said sometimes they get backed up, because only one person answers the emails. Weird though that they didn't get back to you the next day. I would call them.

I've ordered from them a couple of times and usually they ship the supes same day and I've received them within a week.
