Hurricane Irene. This is the football field at our high school today. Spending millions last year on an "all-weather" turf field that's in the flood plain was probably ill advised.

That's some serious shit Tif. We had something like that (without hurricane winds though) just last week. The road just in front of my place looked somewhat same but fortunately it all dried out over the night.

going back to work after 2 weeks to find that everyone is patting themselves on the back cos a team of arse kissers have just got back from Kilimanjaro and they built a toilet in a village for the starving kids (none of them have any building experience and it wiill fall down pretty soon) they spent a fortune buying the kit to climb the mountain and get there and also spent loads of money on training,
dont get me wrong i like a bit of charity but these bunch of cunts have spent the whole week since they got back congratulating themselves to anyone that will listen
the shit i have had to listen to is appalling its self indulgent, dull and really stupid
to make things worse most of the people that went were some of the biggest arse kissers in the company and only went cos 2 of the directors of our company went
whats worse is that yeah they went and did something amazing like climbing kilimanjaro but nobody has even mentioned the climb or what happened on the climb , all they go on about is how happy the kids were to see them and how they made a difference and how much they cried and so on
they got sponsorship too do this and put the money to good use but if they just got sponsors and put the money they spent on flights and equipment they could of paid some real builders to go out there and build a school or something like that but no they built a fucking toilet
i fucking hate working at this place
