Mrs FC has just lost a stone on the Atkins in one month.
She also goes to the gym twice a week so it's not just eating meat and cream and cheese 24/7!

I'm with Pokey - she'd still be losing weight with the exercise and a balanced diet and a lot healthier overall

Most of my weight loss has come from a big reduction in carbs, but also from switching from eating two or three big meals to 5 or 6 small meals. Been quite successful.
