Pokey i totally understand what you're saying had the same problem for ages.
Now check this out a few years back a model contacts me and says " Errol i didn't know you had your work in this site?"
I'm like ok what site send me a link.
Basically someone had stolen have my fashion type pics and was them posting them as his own claiming to be a photographer.
Offcourse i took action but trying to convince the website i owned the copyright to the images was a nightmare. That's the same with ebay they don't give a poo unless you hit them with some top solicitors letter.
Now back to this so called 'fashion' photographer i finally got the images removed and reported the shit to the police god knows what he was to. The internet is cool for alot of things but copyright wise it's rubbish.

Aye its happened once or twice before..Obviously not really like yourself as well my pics are hardly high quality amazing shots or anything.
Its just the fact that my pics always tend to be the same with the adidas background which kinda goes hand in hand with what i try to represent..Great adidas items/good service and no fake shite..
I think after doing it for so long now i've got a good following of regulars who buy from me and trust me and new customers tend to keep coming bk once they've bought once as they know they'll get exactly what i list and quickly and well packaged which i think in part is down to people reconsing my listings just from the photo's not just the username..
I don't even view it as work as such cause i'm as mad about adidas as some of the people who buy from me..probably cos i'm probably a madder adidas collector than most of them and know the buzz you get from getting an item you've not got or looked ages for.
It did allowed me to buy all my superstars and allows me to buy some really superb collectables and have my own collection in the 1st place now thats my main thing..It's not about losing a sale just don't want other collectors/fans of adidas thinking it's one of my listings
