I feel your pain Rob! On 12th I got two confirmation from CT that two packages have been sent. Yesterday I went to DPD site to track them but instead of seeing something like "Arrived to Helsinki" I got this "Awaiting receipt of parcel". So I called them and they told me that they never received neither of those parcels!
Wo I sent mail to CT asking what happened to my shoes. So far the best explanation has been:
"At this moment I am unable to find the answer to your query, but rest assured that I’ve contacted the relevant team for more information.
As soon as I hear back from them, I’ll be in touch with you immediately.
In the meantime, please get back to me if you have any further questions – I’d be happy to help.

Jack"
Then I hear that Rob's shoes are missing!!! I cant believe this! I placed my order on March 4th FFS!

Im sure if that was the case lurk they would just say that and its not there fault instead of talking bullshit. Sounds to me as if they had more orders than shoes so sent them to the easier customers i.e. those who live in the UK. Regardless this has not covered CT in glory.
