@Errol: My experience with the French is really bad. They allways refuse to speak English because they think they are to good for that. And the store I recently contacted (like 10 times) refuses to send me an e-mail back. You guys told me to contact the French girl who recently joined us. Do you think she ever replied? Nope.

The parisians are a whole different breed to french people in general..Very snotty and very unfriendly in general,And yes believe there to good for most things tbh.
Have you emailed them in french using google translate or english??Try emailing them from a different email address in french if not it might just do the trick and they might be more helpful.
Failing all that email me all the details and ill see what mama and papa can do for ya (they're out there till late december so no rush)
