I was expecting these reactions
Let me explain what happened.
- I won a gift card on ebay.de for kickz.com
- I wanted to buy the shoes I was after but the gift card was not valid for shipping outside Germany.
- I ordered anyway using a SSDB-meber's address (there was only one pair left so I had to act quick)
- I asked if they could ship to Holland anyway because there is no reason for them not to. Shipping to Holland is normally free.
- They told me they were not able to do that without cancelling my order first, risking the shoes to be sold out. I don't know how I could use the gift card WITH shipping to Holland so I decided to have them shipped to Germany.
- Few days later they let me know they can't find my payment (I paid in advance).
- I showed them my receipt with all the details
- They told me I used the wrong BIC-number
- I called my bank and they confirmed I used the right number.
- kickz.com: "ok, now let us know what you have paid for"..............
- Me: "For fuck sake, I paid for the damn shoes we have been mailing about for over a week now."
