It wasn't clear from the picture on the browns but if you're saying that the leather stops above the rubber line and doesn't extend down as far as the stitch line then hell yeah, send the fuckers back for sure.
The others I'd have little complaint over.

Yeah, the rubber stops above the sole. They will definately go back, the crafts will probably stay.

Finally decided to get one of Deano's customs. Bought the perfect shoe for that for a nice price. A day later I get a mail from the store the shoe is out of stock

I feel your pain. I ordered the Porters from the o-store a couple of days ago and it's still pending. The fact that they're using an illustration instead of a photo leads me to believe that they aren't actually in the country.
Seems I got their one and only US12 though if they do have them.

last update from a week ago... "your package has been passed to overseas AUSTRALIA postal services"
fucking hell... this has been too long and the tracking cant even keep track!
and australia post is no better either.

Royal mail don't do a fully trackable international shipping service Niko thats why...Its basically not tracked at all..Only when its actually delivered and signed for do they know where it is.
If us UK lot wanna send anything fully tracked to another country we have to use Parcelfarce or other couriers who charge stupid amounts of £££ for that service.
Pokey wishes we had US postal service running UK mail..Fully trackable anywhere in the world and it doesn't cost a fortune..Would sure give me more peace of mind and 99% less worry/stress
