No but seriously, as someone who's been sporting Supes since the mid 80's it grips my shit when jonny-come-lately rolls in with his credit card buying up every pair in sight. I much preferred the days when you if you saw somneone boppin' street in a pair of Supes you were guaranteed he was either a B-Boy, a writer, an MC or DJ. A pair of Supes was like a Hip Hop badge of honour, every cunt and his dog's wearing them nowadays, Pauline Fowler rocks fat laces and everything! Personally, I can't wait til Supes fade back into semi-obscurity and the masses of trendy young wannabees (and not-so-young) urbanites looking to be "edgy" or "street" fuck off again following whatever the next fad is that comes along.
