Thanks for the advice everyone.
PM'd the sellers name to mr pure so it can be added to the list and sent the seller a polite email requesting a refund in full, just waiting for a reply.

Heard back from the seller tonight. (still not got a proper name off them)
They want me to post them back so they can 'look into the fact they may be fakes' then give me a full refund when they have the shoes in there possession.
