The reversed adidas on the innersoles, lesser heel nipple, red qc13 sticker! these fuckers are getting good, still wouldnt touch a pair but they are putting so much into these..........Nightmare!!!

Just goes to show though that with a 35th or "easier" colourway it would be almost impossible to tell

The starting price was £200 (reserve not met) I asked what the buy it now price would be and he asked me to make a realistic offer. I just didn't feel confident enough to shed serious money.

Regarding the cloth weave that lozza mentioned, I found some close up pictures of legit camo bapes here:

I'm obviously new here so if im wrong about this then mod the thread (obviously) but from what I read tonight while trying to work out if the shoes I was going to buy were fake or not - what lozza said about the cloth difference was clear as night and day to me once I actually found a picture of legit bapes (so thanks lozza!).

I like the Bape Superstars, but I know I'll never own any as there's no way I'd shell out the money it'd cost for a pair.

I love the Bape x Adidas set. The fakes are getting extremely good now though and it is often not until you have them in your hands that you can tell, mainly on the white embossed and beige suede superstar.

The meal chain attaching the leather swing tag should be a kind of oily black rather than matt black and the tag iself should be leather rather than a hard rubber.
Also on the fakes the wrapping sheet is usually smooth plastic whereas it should be textured / dimpled.
The insole on the fakes is usually consistantly wrong, even where they have the text facing in the opposite directions as per the legit ones the innersoles are usually made of the wrong materials. They are usually canvas and darker than the legit ones. The legit are usually the sand duckhunter camo (apart from the 2 staff pairs and the snakeskin super ape skate). The legit ones are slightly furry and if you look close there are very thin lines running parralel down the insole the whole way across. I haven't seen a fake pair with this yet.

I have weeded through countless pages on this forum and other sites to make sure these are legit. Thank you gents in advance. There are many pics on the auction listing. All look legit. Also blinwaffle used these same shoes as an example of real super ape stars in his comparison. I can't wait any longer. I've wanted these for so long and my tax return is almost here. I am going to splurge an just do it unless someone convinces me otherwise. I think my addiction is taking over

The fakes are so good for these in particular now that I wouldn't like to say. The bape heads in the camo pattern seems to be the giveaway these days and these seem to have some but . . . I don't know man . . . maybe . . . more opinion is needed.

I don't know enough about these to say whether they are fake or not, but I find it a bit disconcerting their website has no address/location for the store selling these. They have a phone number but that's it.
