Has any body read a book called Pitch Invasion ? and if you have is it any good ?
Just bought a copy, but not read it yet
Sounds like it's all about the history of brothers Adi and Rudi Dassler, from starting out until their differences

Yes I have read that one, very informative although not a great deal about the Superstar (however Chris Severn is credited with adding the rubber shell-toe) however loads of history about Adi and Rudi and how they started out, then fell out. Tis a very good read.

Just to let you know I read this about a year ago, & it is a very good read! Especially about the history & the falling out between Adi & Rudolf after the war. Also how Adi's son (Horst) almost killed the company!
The end get's a bit heavy going, but still a good read. I've just lent mine out to a fellow addict!
