Hi,
I'm another newbie and recently got my 4 year old daughter a pair of Adilcolor shells from M&M Sports - for under £15!!!
I've checked their site but they've not got any currently listed, but worth keeping an eye on their site.

Greetings! Nothing wrong with wearing them all day, every day. Just means that you'll buy more pairs so you have a nice "box fresh" collection as well as the "wear every day" collection.
